What payment methods do you accept?

We do not store any credit cards on our servers. We use Stripe for all payments which can include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and a number of others. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Your Payment Information

Your Mastercard number is not accessible to us. When your purchase is complete, we only see your billing information, shipping information, order details and therefore the last 4 digits of your Mastercard.

Updating credit card information

To update your credit card information to make payments easier please log into My Payment Methods and update your card details.

Invoices and Tax

Invoices will be provided via My Account after a payment has been processed. All taxes payable will be included in orders automatically.

For orders above $1,000 USD we can offer a bank transfer to our United States Bank account. Please contact us prior as this order will need to be completed manually.

Payment refunds

We have a 30 day refund policy, can be extended to 45 days if you are a member of Paddock Pass VIP. We have to be notified immediately if there are any damages or defects to the items. The merchandise must be in original factory condition and original box exactly as how it was packaged. Shipping fees are not refundable.
