We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Period:

Orders are usually shipped within 3-8 days using USPS and FedEx for United States orders. 

Handling time: 1-2 day (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 3-8 days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping cost

Shipping options and the cost of shipping will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. We offer free shipping for orders over a certain value please check your cart to see if you qualify, it will appear in your shipping options. Otherwise we offer flat rate shipping to the United States and variable shipping to other countries. 

If you are in a rush and need a order as soon as possible, please opt for the express shipping. This will not only get your package to you faster (by using faster shipping) we will also try to get it out the door as soon as possible. 

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the United States and do not ship orders internationally. We also do not ship to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, FPO and APO adddresses. 

Other Countries:

We are expanding our shipping offering worldwide. There may be delays with shipping to other countries but we will keep you informed. We plan to have 2 week shipping worldwide and will try to reduce that as we expand. 

Australia – May 2023

We are now shipping to Australia and will soon have an inventory in Australia to facilicate fast shipping and delivery.

United Kingdom – May 2023

We are now shipping to the UK from overseas, and will start exploring local shipping options shortly. 

The Netherlands – June 2023

We are now shipping to the Netherlands from overseas, and will start exploring faster options for the rest of Europe shortly. 

Canada – June 2023

We are now shipping to Canda from the United States. 

Shipping Status:

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe. Sometimes our tracking codes can take a bit of time to be updated. 

Order changes:

Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item not received:

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at [email protected].

When does my order arrive?

We work with our suppliers to ship orders out the next business day. Typically orders will be shipped by USPS or FedEx. We currently use ground shipping for all orders and it is expected that three to seven days after your order it should arrive

What about lost packages?

All of out orders are sent with tracking and we are not resonsible for lost packages. 

How to cancel my order

Please contact support for any orders that need to be cancelled. We operate an automated logistics and shipping system which often means order can not be cancelled after a few hours. Please contact support ASAP.
