We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase but this can be downloaded in my account.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of mind
Change of mind is acceptable. Please Note: Size, Team, etc if you would like to swap.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will accept refunds of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of ordering. It must be in the original factory condition and original box and be packed as the manufacturer packed it.
If you receive a damanaged item you must notify us through support with in 6 days of delivery, including photos and any other evidence for us to follow up our shipping company.
If you receive an incorrect item you must notify us through support with in 6 days of delivery. Sometimes products ordered come in multiple variants. For example fan favourite Kimi Räikkönen has a number of different cars with slightly different messages. So let us know if you just made a mistake, ordered the wrong one and want to swap it.
If you discover your order is flawed please contact us mail: firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.

Get 110% for store credit refund
If you choose to return an item, we offer the option of receiving 110% store credit.
This credit will be equal to the amount you paid, plus an additional 10%, and will be available in your DieCastF1.com account once your return has been received, quality checked, and processed. You can apply this credit to your next purchase on our website. Please keep in mind that store credits are non-transferable and can only be applied to the account registered with the email address used to place your order. Additionally, store credits from returns are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Once store credit has been processed onto your DieCastf1.com account, we are unable to provide a cash refund or alternative method of refund.
